Vistario is an advertising and communication portal for properties outside the Czech Republic. It puts listings from different countries into a clear, consistent structure so they are easier to discover, compare and request directly.

Before you open the form
What to prepare before your first listing
You can save a new listing as a draft as you go. You do not need to finish it in one sitting, but these four groups of information make the process much easier.
What is required before publication
Submitting for review requires a complete profile and at least one photo. Publication also requires an available listing slot or sufficient wallet credit.
Advertiser details
Private individual: full name, valid phone and country. Company: name, country and registration identifier.
Location and price
Country, area, transaction type, price, currency and the property's core parameters.
Photos and optional video
At least one photo; ideally a bright cover image and a logical sequence of supporting shots.
Description and amenities
Specific facts, condition, layout, features and anything a buyer should know before making contact.

Click the Want to advertise button in the top-right corner of the site. A sign-up form will appear — enter your email and password, or continue with Google or Apple. For email registration, first confirm the link in the verification email. Then sign in and open your advertiser dashboard.

Is registration free?
Yes. The active offer automatically grants you the DEVELOPER plan free through 31 December 2026. During this period, you can add and publish listings at no charge within its 50 active slots.
How many listings can I publish?
With the active free DEVELOPER plan, you can publish up to 50 active listings at once through 31 December 2026.
How do buyers contact me?
A buyer can send the first message from a listing detail without an account. You receive it in the inbox and by email; the conversation continues through a linked verified account. Listing phone and email details are shown only to signed-in users with a verified email. There is no Vistario fee for a message from a listing.
What does Verified advertiser mean?
It is an optional badge awarded only after Vistario reviews the exact stated scope, such as identity or business identification details. A complete profile does not create the badge, and an unverified advertiser can still create, submit, and publish moderated listings.
Who can advertise?
People aged 18 or over, sole traders, companies, real-estate agencies and developers with valid authority to offer the property outside the Czech Republic.
