These support login, account and form security, language selection, and consent settings. We retain them only for as long as needed for their purpose, and no longer than one year. Without them, requested portal functions may not work.
With your consent, these help us measure traffic, page usage, completed actions, and traffic sources. Related data may be retained for up to two years and is removed from the browser when consent is withdrawn.
Meta Pixel is currently inactive. If introduced in the future, it will be used to measure advertising campaigns only with your consent, and this information will be updated in advance.
Consent and how to manage it
On your first visit the portal will prompt you to grant or decline consent. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using the button below. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Necessary cookies are always active and cannot be disabled because doing so would prevent the portal from functioning.
Analytics services
After analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and conversions. We do not send form text, contact details, or addresses of private or sensitive portal areas. Analytics data may be retained for up to two years.
Marketing technologies
Meta Pixel is currently neither configured nor active. If introduced, it will be used only after marketing consent, outside account and administration areas, and without sending contact details or form text. We will update this information in advance.
External maps and media
MapTiler resources load when the map feature is used and the provider may receive IP and ordinary technical metadata to deliver the content. Geoapify receives only approximate public coordinates from the server for POI or routing, not the visitor's IP. YouTube is contacted only after an external video is selected and uses a privacy-enhanced embed; it may then receive IP and browser metadata under its own policy.
