What Vistario is

What is Vistario?

Vistario helps people discover coastal property abroad for purchase, resale and long-term rent. The website is available in Czech and English, with a focus on buyers from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and advertisers who want to reach them.

Which destinations appear on Vistario?

Vistario focuses on Mediterranean and coastal destinations such as Spain, Croatia, Italy, Greece, Portugal and Cyprus. Availability depends on current listings. Use the country and location filters to see what is published now.

Is Vistario available in Czech and English?

Yes. You can switch the website and account emails between Czech and English from the header or while setting up your account. Vistario remembers the choice for future visits.

Account and search

Is buyer registration free?

Yes. A buyer account is free, including saved lists and saved searches. Advertisers follow separate rules and often pay for slots or services depending on how they use their profile.

How do I register or log in?

Choose Sign in in the header. Create an account with email and password, Google or Apple. If you register by email, confirm the address using the link we send. Some features, including direct contact, remain locked until verification is complete.

How does search work?

On Listings, choose a country or location, listing and property type, budget, rooms or amenities. View results as a list or on the map, save individual properties, or save the whole search and receive email alerts.

Which property types are listed?

You will typically find apartments, houses, villas, land and other categories. Available property types change with current listings. Use the Property type filter to see them quickly.

What do the listing types mean?

Each listing has a coloured badge so you recognise the type at a glance. Investment sale: blue badge (investment builds, staged payments). Resale: gold badge (standard sale of an existing home). Long-term rent: green badge (monthly living). Short-term rent: red badge (seasonal or short stays). Always read the listing text and terms for details.

Listings and contact

How do I contact an advertiser?

On a listing detail, you can message the advertiser through Vistario. Phone and email are shown only to signed-in users with a verified email address. Contractual and legal follow-up remains directly between you and the advertiser.

What does “Verified advertiser” mean?

The optional badge states the exact review scope: identity, business identification details or submitted evidence of authority to advertise. Open the badge to see the review date and any validity period. It does not confirm ownership, authority to sell, absence of debt, or the legal or technical condition of a property, and does not guarantee a risk-free or successful transaction.

Are listings always up to date?

Advertisers are responsible for listing content and availability. Price, status or terms can change after you save a property. Confirm all important details directly with the advertiser before booking, paying or signing anything.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Message the advertiser from the relevant listing first. In the open conversation, propose an in-person or video viewing and choose a suitable time. Confirmed viewings appear in your account and can be added to your calendar.

Safe decisions and languages

What should I check before booking or paying?

Verify the identity and authority of the seller or landlord, ownership, legal and technical condition, all fees, contract terms and refund conditions. Use an independent local lawyer and relevant specialists for important decisions. Vistario helps you make contact but does not guarantee the property or transaction.

How do I report a suspicious or incorrect listing?

Choose Report on the listing detail, select a reason and add a short explanation. If you have already sent money or suspect fraud, also contact your bank and the appropriate authorities.

Can I translate a listing description?

In supported browsers, use Translate description or translate the whole page. Automatic translation can be wrong, so always check prices, legal terms and technical details in the original text and directly with the advertiser.

Shared lists

How do shared lists work?

Open a saved list, go to Members and send an email invitation. The recipient signs in or creates a Vistario account and sees the same list after accepting. You need a verified email address to send invitations.

Advertising

How do I advertise on Vistario?

Choose Start advertising in the header, create an advertiser account and complete your profile. You can then prepare listings, submit them for review, manage your public profile, messages, statistics and available listing spaces. Optional verification adds a public badge but is not required to publish.
