Vistario comes from the word vista, meaning a view. We want to give a clear read on the overseas property market while keeping in mind the real view from the terrace of a new home by the sea. The ending nods to the Riviera, flow, and a modern way of doing things.
What is Vistario
We are not a real-estate agency. Vistario is a portal that connects people who want a property abroad straight with advertisers. We keep things open and do not charge hidden platform fees on your deal. We care most about coast and Mediterranean markets like Croatia, Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, and Cyprus, but you can list from anywhere in the world.
Why it exists
We felt the Czech web was missing a readable overview of international listings without extra noise, with fairness and trust first. Vistario is here so searching abroad feels closer to what you expect at home: plain language, tidy listings, and a path to talk to the advertiser directly.
What you can do here
You might look for a summer apartment, an investment villa, or a longer stay by the sea. Browse listings, compare them, save them to your lists, set up saved searches, and get alerts when something new fits. When a place feels right, go straight to the advertiser’s contact. We want the overseas market easier to read and the link between seeker and advertiser fair, without extra middle layers.
